Susan has been at Gracie’s Farm for a very long time. She was a trail horse for Blue Sky Ranch. She was loved by our guests because of her sweet, calm demeanor and very lively riding style. unfortunate Susan has horrible feet and her soles have always been so thin despite all the things we tried for her. She would get sore all the time and it didn’t seem fair to keep her on the guest string. She helps us with non-riding jobs but with her being older now she has developed some arthritis and skin issues. Susan will always be a part of the Gracie’s Sanctuary.
