We named her Honey because of her sweet nature and beautiful color.

Honey was one of the horses we rescued from a nearby breeding ranch that while struggling to afford to care for their 200 plus horses. They allowed them to starve, no feed or water. Honey has had emotional and physical trauma which has lead to many health problems, chronic arthritic pain and a difficult time trusting humans. Honey is so much better as we’ve been able to address all her issues and gain her trust however with that much heartache Honey will always need special care.
